Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your ShotLabs account and associated data at any time using either of the methods below.

Delete in the app

Fastest — takes effect immediately
  • Open the ShotLabs app and sign in
  • Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings
  • Tap Delete Account
  • Confirm deletion — your account and data will be permanently removed

Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app
  • Send an email to our support team
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Include the email address associated with your ShotLabs account
  • We will process your request within 30 days

You may be asked to verify your identity before we process the deletion request.

Processing time

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What happens to your data

Profile & personal information Deleted  Permanently removed upon account deletion
Game history & stats Deleted  All pickup game records, attendance, and peer ratings removed
Messages & posts Deleted  All conversations and locker room posts permanently removed
Fan follows & connections Deleted  All fan relationships and follow approvals removed
Photos & media Deleted  Profile photo and any uploaded media permanently removed
Transaction & payment records Retained 7 years  Required for financial and legal compliance under standard accounting regulations
Support ticket history Retained 90 days  Kept briefly to resolve any outstanding disputes, then permanently deleted
